Do the covid-19 all your normal banking has changed but they're very helpful to the drive-thru window
Im literally sitting here 16 mins now just to withdrawal from my checking account in the drive thru. This is now the 2nd time it’s happened like this and they use the same excuse “sorry we just have a lot going on in here” all while there’s ZERO cars in their parking lot. Horrible joke
This review has more to do with Wells Fargo then the branch. Have been banking with WF for many years but recently have noticed a trend to making mistake. Have had two incidents of money transfers not happening even though sender received confirmation. And, the most recent was when I tried to get a Medallion Signature on a document. A few months ago the policy was as long as you had a account with WF they would provide at no charge. But seems they changed policy. To get the medallion signature regarding a trust fund they required I open a new account (trust acct). The funny part is I needed get the medallion to undo a trust. Remember when WF was misleading the public about how many new accounts they open. Seems they changed the policy on this thing to force me to open another account. I didn't and I am taking my business (and accts) else where. That was the last straw.
Most of the time the staff is wonderfully engaging. A teller named Ashley seemed put out with how I wanted my cash withdrawel. 1st negative experience in 10+ years.
The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful!
