Precision Tax Relief

I had received literally well over 50 threatening letters in the mail from various companies claiming to be, or to work closely with, the IRS. None of it was true of course but you just don’t know and you can’t help but be fearful. Following my standard business philosophy, I contacted four different tax firms to discuss my problem. Precision stood out immediately. For starters they were the only firm that didn’t try to scare me into action. But rather they talked to me and listened to me and asked me questions. Then they did the truly unexpected, they told me that I could handle this problem on my own.; That it wasn’t that difficult and they believed that I could do it. Now just take a moment to pause and reflect on how many companies you encounter that tell you that you do not require their services after you reached out to THEM! Go ahead, I’ll wait... Well as it turned out I couldn’t do it on my own (deciphering legalese has always been a problem for me). So I called them back and we spoke further about my problem and the steps we would take to resolve it. The second wonderful surprise was that their services were very reasonable; especially compared to the other three tax firms. Throughout this entire process I worked with several different members of the Precision team. All of whom exhibited the highest level of customer service, professionalism and kindness. I find it terribly sad that we must point out what should be a common business practice in customer service, but I do, and Precision Tax Relief operates on a different level. The process took a few weeks to get resolved. During that time they were always there to answer all of my questions, no matter how obvious or mundane. Several weeks after things were settled I received letters of a questioning nature from the IRS and had to reach out to Precision a few more times. Each time I reached out to Precision Tax Relief they were quick to respond and to help me take care of any problems-well after I had paid them for their services. Most businesses simply will not do this, or they do it begrudgingly. Precision Tax Relief is not just a great tax company, they are the gold standard in business. They have deservedly earned a client for life. I am proud to refer all of my associates to them, and I am very grateful and debt free. Thank you to every member of the Precision family.

From the first phone call to Precision tax to the completion of my case, I was kept informed throughout. I would recommend using this firm. I thought about the reasons why. Precision Tax relief is definitely a company that i would recommend to help resolve issues with the IRS. Shout out to Jamie and the rest of the Precision team. They were able to negotiate with the IRS on my behalf and get me in an agreement that removed a weight from my shoulders. They stuck with me the whole way through unlike other companies that i have used in the past. A lot of other companies will just take your money and tell you that there is nothing that they can do, but not precision Tax relief. They are absolutely the real deal
