I found Suzanna to be down to earth and a great teacher. I was looking for a CPA to help me settle my dad’s estate and explain how it would affect my personal taxes and the taxes involved with the estate. She took the time to walk me through what to expect and reminded me to “breathe”. In this time of loss and confusion, I found Susanna to be a calm within the storm. She is easy to talk to and willing answer questions that I might have during this time. If you are looking for someone to HELP you, Susanna Metzger is a friend that tells you like it is and that’s the kind of person I need. I had been with another service for 15+ years when I switched to Chatters, Metzger, and Co. Wow! What a difference!! The efficiency left me awestruck. Questions I asked were answered with lightening speed. Returns were filed with efficiency and accuracy without hassle. All calls were returned promptly and emails were answered even after hours...shocked to say the least. All companies should strive to be more like this one...they are a shining example of what customers can only hope to find. I will gladly endorse them and more. I will refer family, friends, and colleagues to them without reservation. I went to Chatters, Metzger & Co. for my 2017 taxes due to the fact that I thought it would be too complicated for me to do myself. This is because in 2017 I (1) retired, (2) sold my condo in CA, (3) bought a house in ID, (4) got married, and (5) received an inheritance. I found Chatters, Metzger & Co. to be professional, efficient, and customer friendly. I will be using them in the future.
