H&R Block

I drove from Kellogg/Kingston area to my appointment that was scheduled at 4pm. I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in with the front desk. Mind you I am 8 months pregnant, after a half hour of waiting passed the scheduled time the gal at the front checked with the woman whom I had scheduled with and I could hear her rudely say she had awhile and that I could wait if I wanted to. I understand it’s a busy season and I don’t expect too much, but I do expect my time to be respected and to let me know if you are running behind in advance. To offer no apology for the inconvenience and to assume I’m going to wait is rude. Pretty terrible customer service when it comes to handling a less than ideal scenario. I won’t be back to this location.
