Rowans Island Grill

This is a great little food truck. Rowan is a really nice guy and it seems like he really puts effort into making good food. I think it was a strong value. We shared a 3 meat plate to try it all. Pork was my favorite. The Mac salad is a crunchy style with celery and carrot shreds. I really liked it but may not be for everyone.

Love this place....we boat to Harrison 3-4 times a summer to eat at Rowan’s. No Ka Oi!

What a find amidst this tiny town of Harrison! After 5 days of camping, we were hungry for something exotic. Rowans hit the spot! We had Kaluha pork & teriyaki chicken. Generous portions served with a mountain of rice, drizzled in delicious homemade teriyaki sauce. Also a side...Kale salad was my choice and it was scrumptious (kale with cabbage and other medley of ingredients in a sweet mayo dressing). As if the meal itself wasn't enough, our dining experience was enhanced by Rowan himself visiting with us. He served us Musubi - a taste of Hawaiian sushi. Wow! What a perfect way to end our day.
