Burger King

The staff is the best and the food is excellent.

Cold patties on burgers and burnt chicken on an original chicken sandwich. Asked for ketchup packets, they sticky and stuck together.

It was great. I had an issue with the online order. The order didn't show up on their end, but took the money out of my account. I explained it to The drive-thru employee, in which she told me she had to get her manager. Then I just explained it to the manager and showed her my bank statement that the money came out and what the order was. The night manager took care of me no questions asked.

I came to this Burger King Craving a Original Chicken Sandwich 45 minutes before closing and I was ignored at the drive thru for 6 minutes! I pulled to the first window and saw the staff in the back of the restaurant standing around. Thanks a lot jerks.

If you aren't going to honor what you post on your site don't post it. This particular Burger King doesn't seem to value their customers. May want to hold out for a different one that honors deals and treats their customers with respect.
