Woman taking out order was very helpful and informative. The drive through time was very quick. The Big Jack burger and chicken sandwich were pretty good, but the fries came out cold and just were not good at all as I only had a handful then threw the rest out.

Can we bring kindness back for a new trend ? Jack n box in jerome idaho has . I WAS HUNGRY for a quick 6.00 box meal and it was 3:00 am in the morning but yet my order was on point and the employee who took my order was beyond kind and her mannerisms made me even forget my ranch sauce .Very impressed.

If I could I would give them a zero star because really long waiting time. I ordered some tacos and waited 30 minutes for just some tacos. When I recieved them they were cold and soggy. So beware you'll have to wait for your food. I really thought from the bottom of my heart jack in the box was a fast food place :(. ud83dude4d

This place is underrated the burgers are so good, I mean to be honest I don't eat the tomatoes but I bet someone else would eat them.

Love the breakfast! Its not greasy like other fastfood
