We have been so pleased with the service which we received from this firm. They helped my family when my father passed away years ago. We returned to them to help with my mother's affairs through Medicaid. We are now back again for guidance on setting up a trust for our own home. The attorneys and staff have always been attentive, kind, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a listening ear and legal direction.

Attorney Parker prepared Financial and Health Care Power of Attorney documents, and HIPPA releases for my wife and me. We sought out their firm because through our research we concluded that they are certainly the top elder law practice in the state. I feel Elizabeth White took advantage of my mother-in-law. Collected all the fees upfront and did not perform services. Support staff would not call back or let us have any information at the time of my mother-in-law's funeral. I have never had such an awful experience with any person or firm in my entire life.

My experience with the Marshall, Parker & Weber Law Firm was positive. Mr. Parker and entire staff helped me and my mother out tremendously. I was not able to take care of my mother's financial responsibility without the help of the firm. Mr. Parker helped me with the process of becoming Power of Attorney. My experience, I would recommend the firm in the future.
