Absolutely terrible experience with this firm as a beneficiary. Questions would go unanswered for weeks if they were answered at all. When they did respond there was a consistent tone of contempt from the office for having bothered them.nnUltimately had to hire a 2nd law firm to request information to get any response from this firm.nnI wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone.

Pleasant and businesslike phone conversation. I was put to ease a little and felt good about calling. The person I spoke with was not condescending and as I am 79 years old I get that a lot. She was helpful and I will call their legal team if and when I need legal advice and help.
