Was traveling through and fuel pump went out, even though the shop was busy they were able to work with me to get me back on the road in minimal time. All members of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Shop rates are reasonable and I would recommend this repair shop to any.
Chris was able to diagnose the issue quickly and had the parts in early the next morning and had me back on the road with in 2 hours.
We blew a turbo on our F350 40 miles south of Wells, NV. We called and they said if we can make it in that day, Cris will look at it. He got us in the next day and had us on the road as soon as the new Turbo was shipped to him. The truck was in his shop for two days and we were back on the road. Great job. Thank you so much.
I called needing a coolant hose fixed, once he new what hose it was I was told it would be a 3-4 hr job and it’s a pain. Then he hung up on me, I thought it may have been a mistake and called back it rang once then went straight to voicemail. My experience just on the phone with this gentleman was very unprofessional and rude I wouldn’t trust them with my vehicle.
I had a problem with my Def on my diesel and limped into Wells, NV not thinking I would be able to get any quality help anywhere. Chris went above and beyond for me, got me back on the road in no time at all and gave me extremely good service. Highly recommend if your passing through and have any car or truck problems at all.
