Pruett Tire

I'm sure they are friendly. Some places are glad to charge well over $400 to replace a blown tire with a cheap Chinese replacement. Any tire shop should operate with more integrity and not take advantage just because they are in the middle of nowhere. Maybe they are mad because they live in Wells. Now I understand.

Beware of using Pruett Tire Factory in Wells Nevada. On July 21, 2017 we had a problem with a tire on our RV while on a road trip. It needed a new stem valve per Tommy. Tommy jacked up the RV on the front driver side to remove the tire and when he did he broke the leaf spring connector bracket. This was on a Friday afternoon and the part could only be ordered from Tiffin in Red Bay, Alabama. We had to wait to Monday morning to order it and then wait for it to arrive on Tuesday. Ben Mercado, assistant manager, said that the bookkeeper was out of state on family issues and he had no way of paying for the part up front . But since it was their mistake they would reimburse us if we paid for it and they would also reimburse us for the four nights of extra camping we had to stay there to get this fixed. Being trusting folks we paid for the part ourselves because we wanted to get back on the road. To make a long story short... after numerous phone calls, excuses as to why the check has not been sent to us, and a threat that the owner would not be as nice as Ben has been, we still have not been reimbursed! So, either small claims court is next or, if the owner hears of this, contact your employee Ben Mercado. He knows all about this.

I have taken my vehicle to Pruett's twice now and both times I was very satisfied. The workers are very friendly, prices are reasonable, and they get the job done well!

THIS IS THE PLACE FOR TIRES!!!! THEIR PRICES ARE FAIR AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! ;)
