This place was awesome. From the immediate attention to the mechanic describing, in detail what to do to prevent issue, everything was spot on first rate.nBTW you need to hire more people like Sophie she was polite and a great person to talk to to whittle away the time waiting. Great service all the way around.

I would recommend Kenworth of Jerome to anyone without a doubt! Very professional and reliable. The best customer service and reasonable prices. I have stopped there a couple times for parts and last week my starter give up at their door. The mechanic do magic to unhook my tractor from trailer and push it inside the shop. Can’t remember his name My go to truck repair shop from now on!!! Cant forget to mention the Service Advisor Sophie Pruet. She’s so helpful and an awesome person. Thanks you all

Everybody is courteous and professional, I arrived at 7:30am when they opened, they had my truck ready to go by 11:30am. Manager even drove me into town to get some spare keys made. Highest recommendation!!

I really like this place it is so awesome, clean atmosphere and amazing staff. Even the little snack truck lady and her daughters make this place great. They definitely care about the customers I cant say enough of how pleased I was being here. I will give them that last star when I hear more information about the truck I want, and it's been a couple weeks now and haven't heard back yet. The sales lady, and parts counter guys listen well, my only concern is no update on how they are coming along with my order.

Visited as a technician servicing a laptop. All the people are very friendly, and the place is very clean and well organized.
