These guys are great. Very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.

As usual.. these guys always go above and beyond in the help provided.. as a local owner operator I deal with them every once in awhile. They're also Professional, friendly and smart. Hard to determine which one is best when it comes to service department or parts.

Don't stand behind their work. Not even 60 days and we had to replace the parts they installed. They just really don't care. I just tried to reply to the email address that they included in their reply and it is not a good email address. Just more of being shady.

Went to get a oil leaks fixed had to bring it in twice. $11,400 still have leak's. The shop manager only yell at customer for no reason determined not to do what you took the truck in for poorest of poorest of the poor shop I've ever peterbilt I ever been in 45 years

Part department is good. Service, let's just say it isn't get you in and back on the road. They basically say, we will get to you when we can. This one more than one occasion with our 2019 pete.
