Took my car in for an oil change at 3PM, waited till 433pm and then finally I asked if my car was ready. Time stamp on receipt says car was done at 325pm I sat in the waiting room for an hour and half. No one talked to me or asked if they could help. And when I finally asked about my car there was no apology for the mistake of not notifying me it was done. When my fiance got home from hunting I had him check the oil, we had to add oil as it was low. Let's just say I will never be going to the Jerome Walmart auto care center again, I will do it myself or I would rather drive to twin, hell I would even make the drive to Boise before I go to Jerome again.
Took a long time on my car, but everything worked out and everyone was helpful and friendly.
Very knowledgeable about what I have got in past parts to fix my truck kodos
Cant get in when you want to and they could care less.
