Kyle Rude assisted me in a very drawn out, family matter. Much was at stake, yet he & his staff worked with me to achieve an acceptable outcome, while keeping the sensitivity and wishes of other family members in mind, which was of utmost importance to me. I recommend the services of him and his colleagues.

Represented me in a case several years ago at a very low and dark time in my life. People make mistakes and have a lack of better judgement. Kyle understands that and doesn't judge you. And he wasn't up against a lower county appointed prosecutor he was up against the state. I've had one other experience with a lawyer before him and I was hopeless with the anticipation he'd just take my money and hang me out to dry like the last. But he's a voice for you when you need one and can't speak up yourself. He has your back and best interest in mind. Nothing is a guarantee when it comes to the PA courtnsystem. He will truly fight for you when you need it the most. Any loophole any way he can find. Can't thank him enough. After several years I'm at a point I never thought I would get to and have started to leave the past behind. He's awesome.

I had to retain Kyle for being stop and caught with possession. Once I gave the news to the police that they need to contact Kyle and not me anymore, never heard another thing from them. Thanks, Kyle.
