Friendly, knowledgeable help at the location. Seemed to understand what the units could store and what would best fit my needs. Calling first was a mistake as the call was routed to a call center and I would have rather spoken to someone at the storage facility instead.
I have had my storage unit with this Stor-it for approximately 4 yrs, I havennothing but good to say about them and the service I have received. Their service has been outstanding and if I ever need another unit they will be the first I call. Thanks everyone!!
Called to check for availabilty but they were out of space but instead of me having to call the other storage unit, she was able to assist me and get a storage rented. Very helpful and kind.
Fast friendly representative! Anthony Was friendly and very helpful even though I got there 10 minutes before they closed. He was very patient!
