I was looking to store my daughter’s car. The idea of trying to find a storage company really seemed overwhelming. So, I started the search and right away I saw “Idaho Storage Connection U Save Nampa Storage Units.” I called and explained my situation and without hesitation they offered assistance. Their price was unbeatable. They are kind, always willing to help and give solutions for your problems. Unfortunately I ended up canceling because of the fear of traveling during the Covid19 pandemic. They did not give me a hard time. Their customer service did not end. I can’t believe there are people like this in this business. I highly recommend that you rent with this company. Excellent customer service from the time they pick up the phone to when you no longer need their services.
This is a very clean facility with a great staff that is helpful and professional. I've appreciated all their help.
Absolutely wonderful service and great pricing. I have been in multiple times over the last several years and have always found them to be well informed and helpful. Another thing I have found is that their pricing seems very competitive. Even as recently as Christmas eve I was able to come in and arrange a 10x15 unit for what a competitor was asking for 10x10. Everything and more I would want in a storage company.
We are so impressed with the staff. They are always friendly, available and very visable, keeping an eye on everything. The units and overall grounds are clean and we have felt extremely safe and appreciate the security.
Very friendly!! Great prices! If I ever need a storage unit again, I'll definitely be coming back.
