Clerk at the office was very nice and very informative. I've checked out several over the last few days and didn't feel good when I walked out the door. This gentleman made me feel at peace with the location, insurance, price and safety. Very happy with this company so far!
Very helpful staff. Gentleman was knowledgeable. Helped me find the best deal for my storage needs. Staff actually walked out and showed us a couple options for storage. Great customer service. The facility is clean. I feel very comfortable leaving my belongings in this storage facility. I would definitely recommend this Nampa location.

Wonderful, smooth experience! We came in on a whim because the location was very close to our home, and had a lovely, quick experience getting exactly what we needed. The gentleman upfront, Patrick, recommended us exactly what we needed size wise. He was extremely thorough but quick in letting us know what we were signing up for, and explained everything without being overwhelming. The unit itself was very clean & exactly what we asked for. Thank you for such a lovely and pleasant experience!
Great rate, fast, friendly, very helpful. Set me up as walk in. Close to apartment highly recommend.
