Paul and Elizabeth always provide great customer service. They are always so happy over the phone and very accommodating. Setting appointments for getting our motor home into or out of the secured facility was always very easy. If I need storage in the future I would definitely consider them again.
Great company to do business with, the owners are very accommodating to their customer needs with RV storage. The customer service experience has been exceptional, the valet service (pickup/drop-off) is first in class. I would highly recommend Elite RV Storage for your storage needs.
We moved and needed storage for 1 week. They were quick to respond and very accommodating. During all our stress of the move, Elizabeth was helpful, understanding, and eady to deal with. With one less issue to deal with, Elite Storage really worked for is. Can't thank you guys enough.
Great customer service! As first time rv owners we were very new to finding a place to store our rv but Elizabeth was very understanding and attentive! It was good to know our rv was in good hands.
I can not say enough about the great service provided by Elite Storage. We stored our very large RV with Elite and could not have been happier with the price we paid , the service they provided and the security. We had to have the RV numerous times at odd hours and Elite always made sure that we got our vehicle as promised. I have stored RV's and boats at numerous storage location though-out the Valley and Elite by far was the Best!
