Excellent customer service when she arrived to office but waited much to long for her to arrive. Called number several times. She was outback cleaning. She was very professional and pleasant to work with.
WOW! Fast and Friendly. Great staff, have only had the chance of working and meeting with Shelli in the office so far and she is just wonderful. I originally reserved a 5x10 unit, got most my belongings stored before I realized that was not enough space. Sent an email over to Shelli and she was able to get me transferred over to a 10x10 unit which is plenty of space for me. She even kept me in the same isle so that I would not have to move my items to far from each other, so considerate! Quick replies, great attitudes, and easy layout to storage facility. Glad I chose to use KeyLock! Thanks for all you guys do there, you guys rock!
After my brother-in-law had a debilitating stroke two years ago, I moved in with them to help with his care. Going from a two-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse into one bedroom/one bath) was a challenge. But Keylock Storage to the rescue. I originally rented a 10 x 10 unit, then was able to pare that down to a 5 x 10 after selling and donating some of the furniture.nnShelli & Julie were AWESOME from the beginning to the end. When my key wouldn't work in the lock, Shelli busted her tail to get me in and replace the lock, and when it was time to transfer units, the paperwork and process was a breeze. They have always been pleasant and upbeat, and the place appears to run like a well-oiled machine. The move-out was easy-peasy, as were all my other dealings with Keylock over the last two years. Never once in the last two years did I feel unsafe going in and out of my unit and the grounds are kept spotless.nnIf you are in need of a storage facility, whether for short or long term, I highly recommend this Keylock Storage location.
