I have been living in there for a year because its cheaper than renting a house and I didn't have to pay any application fees just to be told we will put you on the list. Or to be told they rented it to another person and still not get a place to live or my money back for a background check that I doubt they even did.nnOk I'm just kidding about living in the unit.nThe owner is nice and very professional. The area isn't the Greatest but the lot is secure. The Units show some age but as far as I can tell the roof doesn't seem to leak. Ice buildup was a bit of a problem and I was told about the rainwater that seeps under the door but it hasn't been bad.

I had my storage unit at this facility for 10 months. Just recently when I went to get something from the unit I found things were moved around and several of my items had been stolen!!! The unit was securely locked when I arrived and I used my key, issued by the facility, to unlock my unit. The person or persons that entered my unit, without permission, unlocked my unit, took what they wanted then relocked the unit. Upon contacting the owner she said someone else must have a key. I have the keys on my keychain and they are with me at all times. My son also had a unit with this same facility and also had items stolen!!! I do not recommend anyone store their items at this facility!!! I will be filing a police report. This facility is only accessed by entering a code at the front gate. There are several signs posted saying there are cameras. My storage unit was locked and yet someone gained access with a key, no break in, and stole my items????!!!
