A+++nContracted this firm and had a great experience. Attorney Harry McGrath and his paralegal Dina Stewart were fantastic and fought hard to achieve a result that I was very happy with. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain matters every step of the way which was very helpful and calming to me throughout the process. Our family recently had a loved one pass away. Fortunately they had a Will but did not have an Estate Plan in place. We contacted the law firm of Fellerman & Ciarimboli to see if we could retain their services in helping execute the Will and close the estate. They were very compassionate on the phone and said that they have an attorney in the firm that specializes in Wills and Estate Planning. We were contacted the same day by Attorney Alex Russin, he was very professional and eager to help us with our situation. We sat down with him the same week to review the Will. He then took us to the Luzerne County Courthouse to file the Will with local probate court. Then to the bank to set up an estate account so we could pay the deceased's bills. We had no idea where to start in this process and Alex compassionately guided us through every step. He even helped file the final income taxes to close the estate. After resolving our loved ones estate, we decided to update our Will and put an Estate Plan in place for ourselves. Alex walked us through every step. I highly recommend Alex Russin at the the F&C law firm for Estate Planning and Wills.

I was a passenger in a horrible car accident last year with painful injuries. My dad worked in the auto claim industry for years and told me to call Fellerman & Ciarimboli. I must not have done that fast enough because he called me and said to call there they would take my case. Ed and his team were very helpful, understanding, and considerate as they processed all the information.nnMy case was represented by Attorney Mollie Clark. I cannot say enough great things about her. Her attention to detail, her work ethic, and her drive to help her clients is second to none and she was in full communication with me every step of the way. She was honest, gave guidance, and ultimately said she would go in the direction that I decided was best for me.nnHer knowledge of the industry as well as what I was dealing with, was very insightful and very helpful for her to achieve the best results for me - which she did! At first, I only trusted Ed, but after talking to her in my very first conversation, I instantly felt she knew what she was doing and was going to do everything she could to help me. As much as I love Ed, I am very glad I had Mollie! She went and is still trying to go above and beyond for me! All the lawyer's and assisting staff at Fellerman & Ciarimboli are amazing. Their personability and professionalism and attention to detail are better than anyone else in my own personal opinion. I can never thank them enough, for helping me and being there for me.
