Every time I come here, the cook and cashier are so nice. Food takes a little longer than most but with everything made fresh, its worth the wait! Remember, they only take cash.

If you love real mexican food you have found the right place! This truck has the best mexican food in the treasure valley! She makes fresh homemade tortillas and it is all so delicious. Johanna makes awesome handmade food.nIt's the best Mexican food in the valley, and maybe even the best of any food style in the valley.nIt's just like homemade food except Johanna's is even better (sorry grandma ud83dude02).nnThe Adobada is my favorite meat, but the carnitas and asada are really good too.nThe adobada and asada is crispy, its awesome with lime and salsa on it.nnEven the tortillas are amazing.nShe makes the tortillas fresh when you order, so sometimes it might take a tiny bit longer but that's only if it's pretty busy. And who cares if it takes a little longer just sometimes, it's not a fast-food chain, it's quality real food.nnBy the way, it's cash only so make sure to bring cash.

Great, authentic Mexican food! The carnitas torta and carne asada gorditas are my favorite. We always get a bunch of tacos as well. Her homemade tortillas are perfection.

Food took awhile for only 4 small tacos. Meat seemed a little overcooked. Good flavor but slightly disappointed.
