I love Taco Time and the new building. But, I wish that when I walked in the employees would acknowledge that I'm there or at least greet me. Instead they just look at you and continue working. Stood there for a while before they said, anything. I know their busy but, please be polite.

I ordered the chicken burrito bowl and cheese quesadilla, being pregnant I was very looking forward to this only to be disappointed! Aside from the wait being the only customer in line the food was old. The bowl is cold, not even warmed, just cold and on top of that the rice is crunchy as if it’s sat out for hours and almost all the chicken was so crusty it was like chewing hard candy, I would describe it as inedible. The quesadilla aside from being cold and nearly burned had little to no cheese. I wasn’t able to finish any of my meal and had I not waited until I got home to eat I would’ve gone back through. When I called their business number the phone was not answered and I was unable to leave a voicemail. I will not be returning to this location and I’m extremely disappointed. Waste of money. After a phone call the next day they told me to come back anytime so they could make my meal again, I went back and they did it well and apologized. Great management, will be returning.

I enjoy Taco Time lunches. Today though, not one of the employees working the front counter or the kitchen was wearing a mask.nWith the recent spikes in COVID-19 nearly everywhere I go, the employees and customers are wearing masks. Del Taco still has their dining area closed.nI'm disappointed and will likely not be frequenting Taco Time for a while now.

The new spot is amazing way better!!!!!nGreat service as well I’m happy they updated. Still awesome 5 alarms!

New location is much cleaner and more convenient. They now have a drive-thru and they food is always good and quickly distributed.
