Great man! Works hard for your case and knows the law well. He can get your charges dismissed or even thrown out in some cases. Always keeps your best interest in mind.

I would absolutely not recommend him. He is one of the worst lawyers I have ever dealt with. I gave him a retainer and he didn’t give me any information on my case that I continuously ask for. Instead he demanded that I give him more money. I asked him for a refund and he refused to give it to me and hung up the phone on me. I never felt more disrespected in my life. Someone that’s supposed to have your best interest at heart will never talk to you that way and deal with you in that manner. He refuses to give me my money back.

Attorney Nocito's reputation precedes him as one of the most talented lawyer in both Luzerne County and all of Pennsylvania. What further separates him from even the best lawyers, is his character and dedication. I contacted Attorney Nocito for help on short notice prior to a court date. Although he had a conflict and could not take the case, he still kindly went out of his way to (successfully) request a continuance for the court date and put me in touch with another talented attorney for further representation. I recommend Attorney Nocito as someone who is not just great at what he does, but really cares about those who seek his help.
