Kingfisher Trail

Such a great trail! Very easy and mostly flat - for biking, jogging, or walking! Great views! Lots of things to see! Great fishing even! It is so serene here! Lots of wildlife! I would highly recommend to try this one out! It is definitely a very long trailhead (it's spread up in sections from one parking lot to another though every several miles) if you're trying to walk all the way around the lake (will definitely take all day at the very least..). But so worth it! :)

Great trail for walking, running, and biking. It follows the edge of the lake. This parking lot is not very big and can be busy in the morning.

Great place to ride your bike, run, or walk. Other than missing a bathroom is awesome!

Easy trail. Peaceful.

The trail is also a gravel service road most of the way. I am thinking of riding my bicycle on the trail next time. The trail is pretty long and there were some good things to view along the way. We saw cottontail rabbits, learned of beavers building in a pond next to the trail, and learned of nesting area of Great Blue Heron. We were also told where to look for turtles that were described as 6 inches or more in diameter.
