Zamzows Nampa Location

They were very nice and helpful. You can tell they love to help there customers I will return to this store. I will tell my friends about it.

The manager Ken is going above and beyond to fix an issue I had a the other day. I feel extremely valued as a customer and it is now clear to me how much Zamzows cares about their customers. Thank you Ken for everything!:)

Couldn't get employees to stop gossiping with each other to get a single question answered until they decided they were done talking. Their bathroom also is horrible! The toilet paper doesn't come off the roll and the toilet handle just spins around in a circle. Good luck trying to get it to flush!

I came in on a Wednesday night very interested in a sweet little ferret, but wasn’t 100% it was a good idea and wanted to check with my partner. Since it was close to closing, they offered to hold her until the next day when him and I got off work...I periodically called and checked in to make sure they were still holding her for us and they were! Super thankful for how kind and accommodating the staff was with us and I’m so excited to have a new addition to our family ud83dude42❤ufe0f

Friendly, helpful staff! I spend most of my time in the fish/aquarium section. Cheaper prices, more selection and their fish seem to be healthier than pet stores. They have a better selection of live aquarium plants too. So glad I learned more about Zamzows. Go see for yourself!
