I stop by this turkey hill to get something and I heard one of the cashier saying to a costumers I don't care I guess he was trying to get cigarette but with out ID he couldn't get them but that employee approach was not the best approach to the costumers that was a bad costumer service for that one person. Can you please show you're employee how to treat customers in this place. Or will she need to go back to customer training?
I stopped in this turkey hill today to get a quick snack and it was probably the best choice I made. When I got to the store it was very clean and the staff was very polite and professional. I got food from the already made section and it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. This turkey hill has definitely improved with their customer service and their food selection. I will definitely be going back more often and I highly reccomend this place if you somewhere to stop and get something good to eat or just some good ice cream. Oh and when I went in all the staff were smiling and happy!
They have everything I need
The manager with the short blond hair has very poor customer service. How she became a manager, I don't know because she's very rude and doesn't know the first thing about how to be polite. Beware.
