Never a more incompetent bank. I was supposed to be sent my card for my account 10 days ago and they never sent it. I have had more access to my money thanks to this and have to transfer money, which they only allow 5 times a month before they charge, or how to the bank which normal people who work can only make it there on Saturdays one of my few days off. The customer service is atrocious because they could honestly care less.
Avoid this institution. They will charge $35 twice for any overdraft fees incurred. They are unethical to their core
