Totally disgusted & irritated. Tried to use FNCB ATM. Screen was filthy, looked as if someone spit or did something worse on it and proceeded to smear it all over. Thank God for gloves and sanitizer. After dealing with that mess, wasn't able to get any money from ATM. I was only trying to get $20 so must not have serviced recently.
