Jackson hewitt helped me with a hard situation regarding my taxes and got me more money than the place I was going. Not sure on the advance loan because I am still waiting to find out if I get it. But overall im very happy I went there.

I really like that you dont have to have an appointment, I just signed in, they got me in and out with good results. I will be coming back again.

We were super excited that we had an appointment to do our taxes because we were looking forward to the refund loan advance. We even got to Walmart super early and decided to do our shopping. When we were done and it was our scheduled appointment time we went to the booth for a huge disappointment. Not only does this location not do appointment because they are walk in only. (Even though we signed up for the appointment online) buv they also informed us they are not doing the refund loan advance even though it clearly states online they are. It was a huge waste of time and the workers were kind of rude.
