I liked it the food was good for what it was it's cheap pizza what can you expect really but it is good for what it is the one of the times I went in one out of two one of the times was not a very good experience the girl was Major attitude throwing at me because I did not oh because I interrupted her conversation she was having with another employee and she was very rude and then the other time that I went there there were two male workers there and they were very very nice and very helpful so it was half and half I'll give it a four
It was awesome. On Veterans Day they gave us the free lunch even though my husband is unable to get there! Thanks little Caesars
Horrible customer service! Called in an order and when I arrived i found out it was the wrong thing so I had to reorder. Then I was rudely sent back outside to wait another 15 minutes while the manager and the employee kept giving me dirty looks through the window. Got my pizza and got home only to find out it's still the wrong pizza! I think the employees here just don't care. They need to be in another profession that doesn't involve customer service.
They need to work on customer experience. Had me on a 15 minute wait and took over 40 mins to get my pizza. After the second time that I asked if it was ready is when they started making it. 20 people had to gone in and out before me each one I watched leave with pizza. The manager was the worst didnt even offer any colateral for the time they took away. If I could give a zero after this experience I would.
Little girl working the counter was extremely rude and blunt, my girlfriend went in to ask a question about our food and she pretty much yelled at her saying they're only allowed to have 3 people in the store. Which makes sense but the three people that were in there were all from the same party. And she didn't have to be rude about it. And from the looks of it they don't care much about employees since one of them almost got into a fight with customers, instead of having the employee go to the back where they wouldn't have a confrontation they almost got into in in the lobby.
