I am so grateful to Luzerne Auto Locksmith for coming to my aid today. I was stuck in a shopping center parking lot, cold and extremely upset. They sent a technician out to me within 20 minutes. He was polite, professional and a real gentleman. He made my car keys, and gave me a saving. Thank you for the key fob replacement. I truly appreciate their outstanding communication and service. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
These people were great ! Unfortunately I had to call them in the middle of the night around 1 AM and they picked right up they took care of every issue for me within minutes after the phone call. Was stressing about how hard it was going to be to get another key but they literally asked me what kind of car I had and then they took Everything into there own hands from there and got Everything done with no questions no problems it was sooo much easier then expected I would HIGHLY recommend these guys !!
Highly recommend Luzerne Locksmith. My call was answered in a swift manner, all questions answered and had a technician out to me immediately. Called me with timing updates and what type of vehicle the technician drove. They are fairly priced and the technician (Steven) was professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again in the future, should we ever need.
Great and quick
Phenomenal service and professionalism!! I’m out of town and my college son had his keys locked in the trunk by another student accidental. I searched and these guys have a 24 hr service cuz every one was closed. Gilbert and the boys absolutely saved our butts!!! Just a great great job of service and professionalism!!
