I have been a client for about 14 years and Jen is my favorite stylist. I love the way Jen cuts and styles my hair. Jen is the only stylist i will go to, she is professional and friendly. Jen is awesome! I felt very comfortable going into the store, it was clean and everyone was practicing social distancing and everyone wore a face mask!

I made An appointment for my 96 year old Mom to get a hair cut for her 97th birthday. When we got into the salon there was 3 ladies out front. 2 were busy doing hair and 1 was extremely busy talking to the others. She looked at us and continued to talk. Another customer came in and she finally stopped talking about her personal life, came over, rudely asked what we needed. I thought if it wasn’t for my Mom using a walker we would have left. Unfortunately this was the woman who cut my mom’s hair. We said no bangs, but short. When she was done she rang us out, cards only, and said “how much do you want to put on for a tip?” Very appalling that would after how we were treated. My mom knowing that many people live off their tips said, I don’t know. Looked at me and said what ever, ended up giving a $3 tip which I belt she didn’t deserve at all. She was, rude and horrible. My Mom’s hair looks like her Dad’s hair when it was cut in the ‘70’s by a barber.nThere are many layers that stick up EVERYWHERE!

Excellent stylist Nally cut and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted and in a short time (in these COVID times). I have gone to other salons and I have never been happier then at Holiday.

Love going to the Edwardsville Holiday Hair, all the ladies are absolutely wonderful but I normally see Jen, who is excellent. She’s great with her clients and does a wonderful job!!!
