Very friendly fast service they really take care to do a professional job.
They gave me the wrong account number to setup my direct deposit and my check didn’t go through. They gave me the correct account number days later, and I got a paper check from my employer a week late because of the negligence of this credit union. when I closed my account, the president Carol called me and told me I was wrong for doing so, and argued that her employees did nothing wrong. If you want a credit union with negligent, argumentative employees, this one is for you.
I have had an account for years with them. I have always had friendly service. I never had any issues with the credit union's services. I would take a credit union over a bank anytime.
THIS IS THE WORST BANK EVER!!! PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. I REALLY HATE THIS BANK AND THERE SERVICE SUCKS. I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD!!! IM CLOSING MY BANK ACCOUNT AND IM GOING TO FIND A BETTER CREDIT UNION IN THE AREA.
