Campsite is clean and great water source close by. Hiking to knifes edge is a great workout ware proper footwear!

The New Tripoli Campsite offers flat, grassy, shaded and comfortable sites for AT section or thru hikers. This campsite is near a spring and also furnishes hikers with a large premade campfire pit. Excited to camp here someday soon! Be advised you do have a strong up and downhill elevation to get to and from the site off the Appalachian Trail as you're at the North/North Western base of the Blue Ridge.
