I love this! best location in the valley! The workers really care about their costumers and their facility, its always so clean. My man Justin is always high energy and supportive in anyway that he can be!

Honestly I loved the gym to start with. Sadly my fiance almost died during the birth of our child and hadn't been cleared to go back to the gym. I got a membership and all was well.nnShe finally got the ok from the doctor to exercise. We got the baby to sleep and went to the gym in hopes she would enjoy it so we could add her to my membership. As soon as we walked in the door one of the workers accosted us and told us she couldn't work out without paying a fee. It was the first time we went in together and could see signs everywhere saying the first time in for a guest was free.nnI own a business and money isn't an issue I had no problem adding her if it was something that she was good with and was excited about. As a business owner I felt as though the way we were treated was very unprofessional. So much so I cancelled my membership right then and there.nnI often think of the Idaho fitness factory and ponder going back in and speaking to the manager, sadly it's difficult to do so with such a bad taste in our mouths, the blatant disrespect is a bit difficult to get over.nnOn a good note it was well kept and clean never very busy with a wide range of equipment even in the middle of a pandemic.

You were one of the first gyms to open and I love that. Your price is the most reasonable for all that you get. A local gem

Broke down busted cardio machines.nnJust went through six treadmills

Constantly dirty even after the lock down. Equipment is more often than not broken and isn’t fixed in a timely manor. Gym is scheduled to open at 4:30am and on multiple occasions ends up not opening at that time. Today I waited an hour for someone to show up and open it. Idk when it finally opened but this was the last straw for me, tired of waisting my money on this gym. I will be going somewhere else even if that means paying more.
