I was invited for my first Hot Yoga experience and actually it was my first yoga experience ever. I was definitely intimidated by the fitness level and skill of the others but Isabel made me feel comfortable knowing I would need to do some adjustments. I didn’t feel pressured to bend like a pretzel on my first day. I’m excited to go back. Thanks for a great workout.

Sculpt is an amazing class that works your full body. Thanks Jade love all the sculpt teachers. Also had an a amazing class with Isabel. Great music and love to all the Y6 Teachers and studio
