The staff at Curves for Women on Edgewater Circle in Nampa ID, are excellent ladies willing to help every Women that walks through the door with all their weight management goals and exerise needs.
I get a full body workout. You get out of it, what you put in. The stretch afterwards is the best.
I love the idea of being able to exercise and workout in a clean and inviting environment, with no men or children. The staff is friendly and helpful. The members have a great attitude

I've been working out here for several years now. The ladies who work at the gym are awesome, and I love the fact that it's just for women. I highly recommend it!
