Me and my boyfriend just signed up for a member ship today and I have to say how awesome the front desk lady Nicole was. She was so helpful in giving us all the information we asked for and getting us signed up then helped me figure out a couple machines during my first workout there. Very excited for their new location coming soon.

Just right, enough equipment, not crowded, helpful staff when you got questions, in and out, done and looking good !

I used to love to go to Nampa fitness center but it got so expensive I couldn't afford it even if you paid by the year it was still too expensive it shouldn't be so expensive to keep up your health

Great gym. Clean. Well Stocked. Good music. New equipment. The blonde girl who works at the front desk is smokin.
