2C Yoga

Shawna’s Saturday morning flow class is beautifully curated from the music through the yoga flows and breath work. The class is both invigorating and graceful. It is a work of art and everyone should treat themselves to this class during these trying times.

A great place to come & do Yoga. I had never done Yoga before. So glad my first experience was with 2C Yoga. I come weekly now. These ladies truly care about their clients. They are wonderful at working with the individual’s limitations. Thank you Teresa & Nicole!!!!
