I have been at CrossFit 43 North for about a month now, and I have really enjoyed it! Everyone is extremely nice and encouraging! The coaches know what they are talking about and are great. They have a wide variety of workouts that don’t repeat too much! I would recommend this gym to anyone!

I had been hearing how amazing crossfit is for a while now and finally decided to see what all the hype was about and I am so glad I chose CrossFit 43 North as my gym. The coaches are incredible they knew my name right away, made me feel welcome and gave me confidence throughout my workouts. I really enjoy the set up and structure of the classes. It has been great to have a kids room as well for the times when my little ones need to tag along. I highly recommend this gym not only for the workouts but for the feeling of community and support that comes along with it.

My husband and I found CrossFit 43 North a few months ago and we immediately felt welcomed and supported. We love the challenging, varied workouts and the encouragement that we get from all of the coaches and members. We appreciate the smaller class size and the knowledgeable coaches that make sure that our form is correct. We are challenged at every workout and often happily surprised at what we can do! Highly recommend this gym!
