Been banking here for years. Recently had money come out of my account before it was supposed to causing 9 $30 nsf fees. I emailed and called the bank to show them what happened and asked if they could return the fees, they stated “no, because we returned some in the past”. I can not believe this is how they treat their customers. I will be sharing the emails back and forth to show everyone how they treat long standing customers...
Pleasant, People very friendly, nice neat and clean. I will definitely be going back and have no problems referring my friends or family.
