Carlos was timely and did a great job of working through the issues I had with a circuit in my house. He talked me through what my options were and ultimately as he continued to troubleshoot he was able to find and fix the problem. I will definitely be using Town & Country again although hopefully I won't need to. It was great experience from booking the service, to having the work done, to paying for the service.

They were really professional and helpful. They answered my questions and showed me what they were looking for and how they knew what needed to be repaired. They provided great service and resolved the issue with experienced efficiency.

I had full power loss in my home and two shops. Unable to determine the cause I called a few local electrical companies with very poor results, then I called Town and Country and although they were booked out until next week one of the owners was close and offered to come take a look. Within 10 minutes he was at my home-nHe immediately saw the problem and did a quick bandaid fix while they find the replacement part. Very knowledgeable and professional!

Put in used parts but billed me as if they were new. Wouldn't compensate.
