Ryan and Tom are absolute class acts. I’ve really enjoyed working with them over the past year and they are very good at what they do. If I could give 10 stars I would!
The crew was personable and hard working, but I was so disappointed that management didn’t provide a courtesy call as to when they would be showing up to complete the work. Because of management’s lack of consideration and professionalism, my space was left a mess (since I didn’t have proper time to prepare) and one of my paintings was damaged (and a couple smaller insignificant things). A touch more consideration would have been useful on the crew’s part in regards to the painting, but overall, if management had called ahead things would have been buttoned up for easier access to my ceiling lights.
