This Dominos is usually decent but tonight has been a joke (11/20 8-10pm). I ordered some food slightly after 8pm. On the tracking app it stated they double checked my food at 8:42pm for completeness, its been over 55 minutes since then though and still no food has been delivered. I decided to call at 9:27 and have been waiting for 10 minutes now and still no one has picked up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous and definitely the worst experience I have ever had here.

It has been quite a long time since we ordered Domino’s Pizza. Now I know why. We received a coupon for $10 and decided to order. It took over 30 minutes for someone to come to the phone and place the order. We received the order which was a medium pizza and wings but did not receive the sauce. We called back and were told we could not get a partial refund for the sauce. They offered to put the money towards our next order or bring us the sauce. We asked how long it would take they said we would get it right away. 40 minutes later we still did not have the sauce we called Dominoes again and we were told that it was delivered. I’m not sure where they delivered it but it wasn’t our house will never be ordering Domino’s Pizza again

Every order they send out is always missing something. Whether it be your soda, sauce, or even a pizza. It's amazing. My final straw was the over 3 1/2 hours I waited with 2 calls and just to cancel my order. I wouldn't even give this Domino's a star, it's that bad. I highly suggest ordering from campus pizza, lehigh pizza, or any other pizza place than here.

This store constantly gets orders wrong and never offers any make goods. So basically, they're overcharging for bad food and service.

I never leave reviews! But today I ordered a pizza for my employees that were doing a home cleaning.. Over 2 hours went by I called to check in and the order still has not went out so I called back & cancelled to order else where. Horrible horrible service. No resolutions were offered nothing.
