I called to ask questions but kept getting interrupted, often enough to hang up. People answering the phone and can’t help you.?.. shouldn’t be asking personal info. Nosey people like WTH!!! Got absolutely nowhere, wasted time on a very hurtful painful matter. Maybe hire people who care just a BIT!

Asked for help regarding a legal matter in court and all i got was “We’ll get back to you.” Ended up paying for something i shouldn’t have payed for, now they want to call and offer help, A month after.
