The Children's Place

They were incredibly rude and unhelpful. So sad when you are at an empty store and a crew member still acts put out by helping you. Didn’t buy anything and won’t be back.

All I can say is wow. I’m amazed at how poorly I was treated at this Nampa location. I tried to return some items I usually buy in store but had to buy online due to COVID-19 and was already upset they didn’t fit and I knew shipment would be low so I probably couldn’t exchange but I was harassed about not having two tags for items that came together with ONE tag which the lady didn’t even check and when I pointed it out she just rolled her eyes and said “ok”. I always shop here for my daughter. I get you all are probably frustrated but we all are. I worked the frontlines through this virus and understand how hard it was but this is ridiculous behavior and for this lady’s co workers to stand there and let her talk to a customer like that is ridiculous. I was being very nice and in no way rude at all! I will never shop with any of these stores again.

While reading all of the reviews, I could only agree with the reviews stating that the management is poor and the customer service is absolutely terrible.

This is my favorite store to visit in the valley. The manager knows my daughter's name every time we come in. They have the cutest kids clothes and it's so easy to find everything because it's clean. Alicia is always so helpful and it seems like she is always there when we come in.

Very disappointed in their return policy. I shop early for Christmas in September, October for my grandchildren. I tried to return PJs that are too small for grandson and was told by store manager that unless I find the same exact one's on the clearance rack that there's nothing they can do. Of course they don't have anymore, I found another pair in another color same price but because they were not the exact same nothing can be done. Not even store credit!!nI have always shopped at Children's Place for my grandchildren but I will no longer be a customer. So the 14.99 I spent for these PJs will have to be donated to the thrift store. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED.
