I love this salon! Sarah is amazing! I love how she colors my blonde hair, but really every part of the experience is always 5/5. Everyone at the salon is always very nice!

Beautiful salon with music playing outside as you approach. Stylist and colorist Sam Vega is amazing. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.
I came in for a specific color. Discussed it with Kelli who told me she could do it and let me know the purple color in it would be semi-permanent. She foiled my hair and went to finish another clients color. She took the fools out washed my hair and put a red glaze on my whole head. I waited 15 minutes sitting at the sink. She washed that out and put a purple fashion color over my head. I say another 15 minutes at the uncomfortable sink. She offered me a foot stool I declined. When she shampoo’d the purple out she really dug her nails into my scalp. She got color both red and the purple on my face and scalp. She scrubbed rough to try to remove it. It looks nothing like what I came in for. It isnt what I wanted at all. The color is nice but for $146 and 2.5 hours I should be in the ball park of what I wanted. She round brushed my hair dry and told me my hair looked great just like a wig. I would not come back here at all. I’m getting it fixed elsewhere in a few weeks. This was my 48th birthday gift and I regret going to Excape! I still have purple hair color and red hair color on my face at the hair lines and all over my scalp.
