After a VERY disappointing experience with another vendor, we had to return all the vests for our upcoming wedding. I stumbled across Tuxedo Warehouse and boy, am I glad I did!!! The customer service folks were thoroughly professional and knowledgeable, asking me heights, weights, and measurements for everyone, and they all fit perfectly the first time, and the color was exactly what we wanted. They even upgraded my shipping for free because of the time crunch we were in. I can’t say enough good things about Tuxedo Warehouse!!!

Great experience! The co owner took very good care of me and their customer service was exceptional. There was multiple people in there at one time and the co owner did an excellent job tending to all our needs. Hemmed my pants to the appropriate height without charge! I would highly recommend, I am looking forward to doing more business with these people they made it fun and took care of me.
